Great product worked brilliantly

Absolute life saver! i have been struggling to sleep for months and decided to try hakd and i can honestly say it has made the world of difference to my sleep and it tastes 10/10! would highly recommend

For someone that struggles to sleep through the night, without being overly exhausted, it’s been a real change to have HAKD allow me to do that. Flavour is 10/10 too!

Hakd was a refreshing change from other supplement drinks, it didn’t have that artificial taste so many others do, yet still had a great, natural flavour. I also noticed a clear improvement in my deep and REM sleep, as tracked on my Whoop. I’d highly recommend it to anyone serious about optimising their sleep and recovery.

Would recommend to anyone. I started with the trial kit just to see if it would make a difference, and I was actually surprised at how much better I slept. One of the big things I’ve noticed is when I wake up I actually feel properly rested — no more groggy mornings. Amazing product, noticed such a difference in my sleep as I have struggled with getting to sleep. I am now falling asleep faster and sleeping the whole night which is what I have noticed the most difference with. Good flavour too as sometimes supplements do not taste the best, but I really like this flavour. Also the packaging is such high quality and I received a free glass mug! Highly recommend!!

I absolutely love HAKD. Pouring myself a hot glass of the Chilli cherry flavour has become a non-negotiable in my night time routine. I’m always apprehensive about trying new supplements when it comes to improving my health and wellbeing but I noticed instant improvements since using Hakd Health night blend. I’ve been waking up feeling a lot more energised and refreshed to which my garmin watch has provided the data to support this. Great product!

Since adding Night Blend to my evening routine, I’ve been drifting off to sleep more quickly and enjoying deeper, more restful nights. It’s so simple to prepare and I especially love it with hot water for a cosy, calming wind-down before bed.

I enjoy Night blend cold an hour before bed. It has really helped me sleep deeper and I get back to sleep quickly if I do wake up. It has helped me establish a better sleep pattern.
