A few small changes to your evening routine and bedroom setup can make bedtime feel more manageable when temperatures climb.

1. Keep curtains and blinds closed during the day to stop heat building up in your room.

2. Once the temperature outside drops, open windows to let cooler air circulate.

3. Take a cool shower before bed. Not freezing, just enough to feel refreshed before getting in.

4. Keep a cool, damp flannel by your bed and place it on your neck, wrists or forehead when you need it.

5. Switch off unnecessary lights, chargers and electronics before bed. Small heat sources can quickly add up in a warm room.

Then finish your wind-down as normal: dim the lights, put your phone away, and have your Night Blend 60–90 minutes before bed.
