Become very aware of my sleep and recovery since getting a Woop band and never quite been able to nail down a consistent sleep pattern, Hakd makes the world of difference, I have a consistent routine and starting the day off right every day, can’t imagine my life without it!
I’ve tried a few silk masks before, but this one actually blocks out everything. The fabric feels premium without being heavy. I’ve been using it for about two weeks and definitely fall asleep faster, especially when I’m travelling.
