3.4 Subscription products are not eligible for refund once dispatched, unless faulty.

5. Delivery
5.1 Delivery is available within the UK. Costs and estimated times are provided at checkout.

5.3 Risk passes to you once items are delivered. If your order has not arrived, contact us at info@hakdhealth.com within 14 days of dispatch confirmation.
6. Discount Codes and Promotions
6.1 Discount codes apply only to full-price items unless otherwise stated.
6.2 Discounts do not apply to bundles, sale items, or accessories unless specified.
6.3 If a free gift is offered with a qualifying order and you return items reducing your order below the threshold, the gift must also be returned or its value will be deducted from your refund.
7. Returns and Cancellations
7.1 You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund, provided items are unopened, unused, and in original condition.
7.2 To request a return, email info@hakdhealth.com. Return postage is your responsibility unless the product is faulty.
7.3 Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving eligible returned goods.
7.4 Opened supplements and used accessories are not returnable due to hygiene and safety standards.
